Here's an exercise in self love. Right now, either here or in private, ask yourself "What am I worth?" Place a value on yourself. For example: Am i worth being abused? Am i worth being neglected? Am i worth being unloved? i am worth being treated well? i am worth being handled with care? i am worth being called often? i am worth the investment in myself to maintain boundaries and values? Start treating yourself like an investment. Every day define your worth. When you fall into the trap of saying or thinking: i am worthless. Ask what is the worth of a tiny bird? What is the worth of a squirrel or a dog or a flower or a river? Everything in life has worth. Everything has value. The more value and worth you BELIEVE you have, the higher your expectations of yourself and others will be... hugs, T

I am worth more than I have ever acknowledged in the past. I am worth going forward. I am worth developing ( vs diminishing) I am worth the effort needed to reroute my thinking until automatic thoughts are positive and not negative I am worth affirming relatiohships - so I can let go of those that attempt to negate what is good and beautiful in me & them I am worth a future that reflects these truths.
