experiencing a lot of anxiety. I breathed slow. I worked out.
What do you do to diminish your anxiety?

Hey fire, anxiety is common especially during withdrawal. Exercise is definitely a great way to tackle anxiety. Rest and eating well is also another way. I tend to find that my anxiety is worse if I'm tired and hungry.
