Ok now I get that your self esteem has taken a blow, but you have to take care of yourself, go and take a shower, and start doing some affirmations, and do a gratitude list, and stop piling on more trauma to yourself. You have to take responsibility for yourself now, and this is where it will all begin.
It does us no good, to stay on our pity pot, it only causes us to delay looking at ourselves, and taking care of ourselves.
You have to stand up on your own two feet, no one can do this except you, it is like learning to walk again.
