If i go back into my early childhood i see myself as a scared insecure child.
I don't know and can't remember anything before the age of 3 lets say.
I asked me inner child to talk to me. Sometimes i asked before falling a sleep to show me a dream.
Sometimes it happened the same night.
The dreams make me wake up terrified with a racing heart.
It all revolves about physical torture, being left alone and humiliation.
Even an attempt to murder.
I don't have experience analysing dreams etcetera. How serious do i have to be with these dreams?
What can i do with this?
Does anyone of you have experience with this?

First, I don't have any professional experience, and you might need some. Secondly, I've listened to a lot of what Byron Katie (google her) says to different people who have actually experienced real situations like the ones in your dreams. And also to what she says to people who are not sure if they had actual abuse, because they are just getting feelings and glimpses, maybe dreams, but no actual memories. it's hard to convey the depth of what I hear, but in a nutshell it's really simple- if you don't remember it, at this point in time, it didn't happen. Not in a denial sort of way- yes, it's possible abuse happened, but in a way that makes your life kind, clear and simple- No memory? The experience is not yours- yet. Maybe you remember one day, and then, you can have that as your experience. Deal with it then in whatever way you can to get free of any suffering you carry. Until then, the trauma is not yours to have to deal with. Do you get it? Wait for the day you remember. Until then, don't burden yourself with "what if's" that may not even be true.
ps. I was left alone as a child and am fairly easily scared. I don't watch horror movies much, put it that way. I won't be up for reading any descriptions of scary dreams, so if you end up wanting to describe your dream I probably won't post on this thread again- nothing personal, I just don't want to freak myself out. I hope you can handle them and find some solace with them. On a lighter note, I had a great dream last night. I dreamt I walked out into a backyard that led to the most magical beach I've ever seen, with huge, slow moving ocean waves, the white foam glittering like crystals in the moonlight. Love those dreams.

Thanks for your opinion.
I was thinking along the same line.
