I just wanted to pass this along to the forum this morning, please feel free to add your daily affirmations that you use in your daily struggles...I do need daily reminders to keep my stinking thinking at bay...Enjoy!!!!! Also a simple 5 minute meditation will also help with slowing down your thoughts, and it does take practice to do this, when I first started to meditate I could only do a few seconds at a time, and you can find some wonderful mindless meditation on youtube, and Deepak Chopra offers a free 21 day meditation a few times a year, it does help to slow down all the clutter in our brains, it will also reduce stress, and blood pressure as well. Have a better day...challenge yourself

Awareness, Acceptance, and Action these are the 3 A's of how we begin to improve our current situation. We first become Aware that something is not working in our current relationship, no matter what we have tried, nothing changes. And this is where we will realize we need to Accept it, or take some Action to move on from our current relationship. Acceptance was the answer, and this is not saying that we continue to accept, unacceptable behaviors from others, we don't settle for crumbs, we accept that this relationship is not working, and we accept that we can not control people, places, or things, we can only control ourselves and how we react to them. Action is when all else has failed and we are sick and tired of being sick and tired, and we wake up and we make a plan and we take the action to improve our lives, one day at a time. This is a process, it took me 4 years to complete this process, and it was a painful process. But now that I am on the other side of this pain, I don't want to go back to my poa now. I just stop trying to make it work. He was never interested in making a life with me, and I was not willing to just be waiting on him. I have enough self-respect to not do this today. I know it is hard to see some of this now, but if you will sit down and write out some goals for yourself and your life, and start working towards your goals, you will get to the finish line. Pay close attention to your poa ACTIONS, not his WORDS...word are meaningless if there is not action behind those words. This is the best advise I ever received on this forum. Attachments:

negtive thinking is not only thinkings, it is self-destructive way ..make life terrible, and empty....
positive thinking makes life full of energy and sunshine..
