When we get through the steps of recovery or we are in counseling or therapy, we still have to continue to grow and maintain our recovery, less we will repeat our past behavior. The maintenance steps are 10, 11 and 12, and we do these on a daily basis. The name of this meditation is Desire and Destiny. I really enjoy doing these meditations, and he offers them about 4 times a year and it is free. I learned how to meditate by doing these. It is all about finding our inner peace, quieting our minds of all the brain chatter, and just being more in tune with our bodies. I totally agree with you. I started to do Yoga and meditation again, and it is amazing. I have loved it. I will continue doing it.
