Thank you . Feel like am not good enough, am not pretty slim healthy . Eating loads. Not sleeping, sometimes miserable . Haven't talked to my mum since October. Somehow I feel hurt abandoned. I do put my trust in people, but when they betray me ( ex) I am devastated. Feel naive and lonely. ... It really hurts not be able to have loving relationship , I think people not meant to be on their own. Of course this option is better than being in hell when in relationship. It's 4 mnth am on my own. Started reading joyce Meyer book ashes to beauty smth like that .. Wish you well my friends ..

~w~, I hope you will treat yourself right by eating in moderation, sleeping well and exercising regularly. When you do, you will feel good about yourself. Also, relationship or companionship does not have to be romantic. It could be with your kids, HP, community, friends, pets, etc. Congratulations for having a book of Joyce. That sounds great. (I only have two books from her.) You can share with us what you learn from it.

That's smth I like particular .. That God created Adam , man and woman Eve . He created woman not from his feet , to be walked on, but from his side bone To be a Helper. ... And other thing .. Usually Man wants Authority in family, relationships.. But to get authority he needs to take responsibility !! Big time. Amen. X

I do not eat well, sleep well. I think I have pneumonia. And I do not exercise . I go for walks offen. Want to be healthy and fit. Waiting for that kick . And want to enrol my daughter to gymnastic first. Then if I have spare money / time I will start smth hopefully ( gym). ?

Btw I registered in joyce Meyer website and they send me book for free and also other stuff. And it's going to be meeting in London in Match - April. If anyone needs dates and info I'll share happily.x

~w~, I am so proud of you. You are glowing and growing. Just start making small changes with both your eating and sleeping until it becomes a good habit for you. And move more. Activity energizes you. I highly recommend sports for your kids. Since I was a little girl, sports have been instrumental to me in building up my confidence and for me to become an achiever in spite of my abuses. Until now, I am active and healthy because it has been my lifestyle. I love it. Joyce Meyer, I just gotten to know recently. Last year, I bought my first and second books. Both have helped me to become a better person. Thanks for sharing about what you are learning and making good suggestions to others here. We are a family here.

Thank you sis,  yes activities it's very good and my son bit girlish so Footbal is good for him. And my daughter very creative, but also she can do catweel no one thought her so it's would be fantastic to get the place. As for me painting, decorating making cosy rooms .. True I need sleep more and eat healthy more. X thanks
