One step at a time is key! Keep up the good work. It can be tough looking back on the good times, but just remember, when we look back we often look back with rose-tinted glasses. It may not have been as great as we think when we look back. Just a thought. Anyway, enjoy the rest of your day  |

That sounds really wonderful @vivi What stage are you in now?
I am reading a book recommended by Susan called, The Journey From Abandonment to Healing.
It's amazing and has already been giving my so much insight in just the first few chapters. I see how I have cycled through the stages of grief and each time I cycle through it becomes less intense. The book identifies the different stages of reaction to abandonment so you can identify where you are and know that you are normal.
I highly recommend the book!
