I am feeling a lot better today. When something bad happens we put it on a loop in our brain and it goes around and around in our head. It is like putting your tongue on a bad tooth. Well this is the same thing you should do with positive experiences so you can refer back to them when the negative stuff comes back again. It is like going to the gym. You have to keep going back to maintain your progress. So write about this, think about this, share this with others and most of all give credit where credit is due. By this I mean credit to God. Cherish the good times. Memorize the good times. Write, talk, and fantasize about the good times Be grateful for the good times [your hard work and the grace of God]
