I am a torchbearer and recently been able to recognize this and let go of my poa. I don't want him in my life anymore even if he begs for it. Some sadness exists and I want to know when it will dissolve. If I don't want my poa anymore, what is this sadness about?? How can I release it?Thanks in advance.

The mind sees a breakup as a recreation of the original wound [paid body] which was usually neglect, abandonment or abuse. You go back in time [age regression] and feel all that old pain all over again. The original wound, according to Tolle is now cellular memory. According to Andersen it is your outer child. Separate the current from the past. Process the past. Move on. This is a good time for inner child work. Identify the wound Talk Write Feel Accept Forgive Let go Move on. I recommend Anderson [outer child]; Tolle [pain body; and Peabody [original wound]

I am in so much pain over someone I honestly don't have feelings for. This is so frustrating.
