Brighter Tomorrow Two days later . . . Dear Christian I was up late last night trying to avoid going to sleep because when all the distractions are gone my depression sets in. In my favorite book about depression it says that the mornings are the worse. We wake up, but we really don't want to. Then I remembered that you email me early in the morning. So I was wondering if I did not get an email from you last night because the depression is getting worse, and you feel no one can help you, or if you are starting to feel better and don't need to reach out? Let me know . . . Solomon says that breakdowns not only occur because of anxiety but because of depression. You feel powerless and as if everything is falling apart. This is when your friends have to come over and help you take a shower. This makes me realize that you are stronger than you think because you still see your clients.
