Very wonderful book. My mom huge narcissist. Since I was baby, perhaps before her pregnant, whenever I have little independent or true self, she looked at it as horrible betrayal, then tried very hard to punish me. That is why I developed a false self, codependency, and found it very difficult to from negativity... very selfish people. This is why "they love me so "much" and "deeply", never want me to leave..!!!
I am grateful to higher power! Give me the unconditional true love to leave them.
