I have a lot to say about this topic. I was in a triangle for a little over 7 years. I recently got out or he decided that he could't give me what I need so I guess he pushed me out. Now I am left with the feeling of abandonment and unworthiness. He says he can't give me what I need but yet he can give HER all the things I am asking for??
