“Realization On Relationships And Boundary”
For many years, I have been in many relationships. All kinds of it. So I have come to a well-thought realization :
Women are definitely not for me. Being in a romantic, sexual, or work relationships don’t work for me either. What works for me, time and time again, is being with my Higher Power. He made me feel loved and valued. He taught and inspired me to be strong, purposeful, and wise. I don’t have to bend backward or stretch myself too much in order to fit in a crowd or reach someone else’s standard. Why should I? When I have so many options and life is too short for me to waste myself on things that don’t really matter.
In connection with this, I have changed a lot. I only go for mutual communication. If you showed yourself not interested, I am also not interested. End of story. No drama. No wasting of time. This applies to my family as well. I showed them the reality that I am happy and satisfied on my own whether they are around or not. I don’t anymore keep in touch unless they do too.
At my current work, I am probably with the most negative and toxic people but I don’t let them bother me. I have an invincible wall that keeps me whole. I showed them too that I can handle being alone in a crowd. I don’t need them and don’t care what they think of me. I am focusing my time and energy on things and people who are good with me consistently. So far so good. It is working well.
It helps to have a dependable, loving, all-sufficient Higher Power and to stay focus on things that you are passionate about. Good people will be your friends. Bad people won’t like you the same way you don’t like them. Life is so precious. Make the most of it.
