My anxiety is back again.
For about the last three weeks it’s been back, but I’ve tried to be in denial about it, because I hate having it so much. I want to feel good - not anxious.
Granted - the anxiety is not as bad as it was six months ago. My life is a lot better than it was six months ago.
I feel like I’m still healing from some things. The last four years or so of my life really sucked; a lot of bad stuff happened; and I’m cowering in fear of losing anything else.
I just want to be out of this part of my life and into the next good part of my life. If there is a good part. I’m 55 now, so I don’t have much time.

lostkate, Can you change your nickname? In my country there is a tradition of naming people with meaningful words- and many people believe that the name is what you become. I have found this to be true to some extent. I was named after the sun god- and sun god is scorching hot. It tends people to stay away- and I have found difficult to make female friends because of this. I also found people who are named after the moon god spend a wonderful romantic life.because moon light is cool. In many forums, due to this reason, I have given nicknames like happyman, joy2013, bunny etc. This kind of positive naming leads to inner positivity. Ultimately it transforms your outside world to shower love upon you. I don't want you to be lost. but daily calling yourself lost may not help you to be found in reasonable period of time.

Actually, I chose the name “LostKate” because I liked the character named Kate, on the TV show called “Lost.”
That’s all that nickname has ever meant to me.
