This link will take you a section of the message board where you can create a progress journal. It can also be found on the home page if you scroll down. It is important during withdrawal that you keep a daily progress report. Send Susan a personal message and she will create your own individual sub-category with your username on it for the sake of anonymity. Tell us in your first post/thread if you want others to respond with their support and advice. If not, we can make it view only. Your username will protect you. Make sure your profile does not show your email if it has your name on it. Click on profile, edit profile, privacy and select email visibility. When you have made it through withdrawal, you can use this progress journal as the beginning of your first and fourth step inventories and any future journaling you do. You can delete this journal at anytime, but we recommend you keep it as part of your 12th-Step (pass it on), and to remind yourself just how far you have come. There is no graduation from love addiction. It only goes into remission. But whatever you were doing to act act, it will happen less often and be less intense. The best way to avoid relapse, is to stay close to your support network, whether it be 12-Step meetings or this message board which takes the place of a sit-down meeting. This board really needs you to reach out to others after you have been helped even if you are tired of helping others. LOL. To keep it you must give it away. Susan Peabody
