Stop. Repeat. Stop. Oh to the cycle of this not so kind addiction. Yet when life becomes unmanageable or when the Wells run dry and you're cut off from the supply...... is a realization and a wake up call that this addiction is real. We can't wish away or tuck it under a rug then pretend it's not there. It lives when one stop living, caring and lose sight of our own lives. It lives. Maybe there is an easy way out. No such thing. I tried. One must work through it and not around it... yet here I am I spent many days and lack of sleep. There are days I want to end it all after being abandoned by my addiction. What is it that keeps me going? Step 1: We admitted we were powerless
I give up this addiction and whatever else I'm obsessing about...

Step 2: Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
Whatever I tuck under the rug doesn't fix me. There is nothing I can do but hand it over to a higher power.
