I don't know what I am doing here but what I do know is that I can no longer go through the self inflicted heartache and misery. I am deeply struggling with letting go.

Welcome to LAA. Many people have found their way into recovery through this program. We all have one thing in common. We find it very painful to let go. Sometimes it is impossible as an individual to let go, so let this group help you do together what you cannot do alone. Read, attend meetings, and wait for the miracle. Attachments:
