I'm in another coaching group for Love and Relationship Addiction Recovery that gave me an awesome resource:
This book advocates courtship because "dating doesn't work." Can I say AMEN?! The amount of heart and life pain from DATING esp addictively makes me want to weep for the pain it has caused me.

Please don't receive any condemnation from this point but for ME- this is FREEING beyond belief.
One powerful point is that dating (and may I add LA/RA) creates a "counterfeit oneness."
