I am a mess

Hi- I am new to LAA. I've known about my love addiction for 3 years but I wasn't ready to accept it. I found myself not knowing what to do, so I surrendered. The hard part is staying away...I have a packet that tells me NC- no contact seems impossible!!! The guy I've been addicted too, broke up with me. He is totally my type- unavailable. I'm having such a hard time right now...He hasn't responded to any of my texts. I feel absolutely broken. And alone...I see there is a step study online on sunday that im looking forward to attend. But if there is anyone out there with any advice or hope or advice please help me!!
