Alright ladies and gentlemen - 'tis the season and I want to thank you all, individually and collectively for helping me get through it. And through the last six months.
I say we give ourselves a great big collective pat on the back for hanging in there during the season that for most people is at best a distraction at worst causes heartache and depression.
My thoughts and good wishes go out to all of you as we trudge this road of recovery together. Let's keep in mind what the Big Book of AA says in its promises of the program - "we will not regret the past nor will we wish to shut the door on it".
That's my hope.
