There are two ways to start your own journal. A simple journal can be created by clicking on the back button, clicking on create journal, giving your journal a name, and then clicking on create journal. After that, add to your journal by clicking on the reply button, adding your wisdom, and then clicking on save. A more elaborate journal must be set up by Susan P. Send her an email, (susanpeabody@gmail.com) or reply on this thread, with the name of your journal and Susan can create a category just for you with multiple threads for different topics. I highly recommend keeping a journal. I have been keeping one since 1958 when I was ten years old. I called it my diary and it was all about my love addiction. As an adult, I was amazed at what I was willing to do for love. In recovery, I have kept what I call a recovery journal which is about my experience, strength, and hope in twelve-step programs and in therapy. Writing brings me many new insights, brings me closer to God, increases my self-awareness, feels good . . . and in my case led to a career. It was my childhood dream to become a published writer. Then I turned my life and will over to the care of God and he made my dream come true. See my memoirs, Standing in the Light, for more about this miracle. Enjoy yourself as you write and don't forget to channel your Higher Power. Susan P. AKA Susannah Attachments:
