Journaling in Recovery
Writing is a very effective tool for recovery. It brings up secrets from our unconscious. It keeps a record of our progress. It is therapeutic. It can help others, or it can remain private. Try letting your inner child and inner teenager write. My more personal posts about my recovery can be found in my journal at the bottom of this message board.
