To begin the process of changing, you must pinpoint what has to be changed--the exact values, thoughts, and behavior that have to be modified or eliminated. With this in mind, I recommend that you make a personal inventory of your “shortcomings” or a list of the things you want to change about yourself.
There is more than one way to do an inventory. I recommend that it be written, but you may talk into a tape recorder if you prefer. You can make your inventory in marathon fashion over the course of a weekend, or you can take daily notes as you observe yourself doing the things you want to change.

3rd time with No Contact is feeling better every day. The obsessing is cooling WAY down. :)

This will feel really new...
So used to obsessing about trying to change my POA and others in my life.
Changing myself....the one person I truly have the power to change....that's alot of power....this is new....this is good. I'll be writing that inventory soon...
