If you want too badly to save people you love from the suffering attendant to their addictive behavior think about this question.
Who could have saved me?
There were probably lots of people who tried, girlfriends, your mother, a sister or brother, maybe even your children....and quite possibly all their sincere effort only you to dig in deeper.
Learn to honor the transformative process as it unfolds to those you love, and not to interfere.

So true, If I try to save others after a period of recovery, I try to play the role of God. In this way I mess up with nature. no wonder I will fall down.
Trust divine arrangement for everyone, honor the time... be detached
Compassion, detachment must in balance...
