Being addicted to love isn't love; it's an addiction. I can over come this!

I'm not a very religious person. At one time I spent a lot of time developing myself spiritually with an ecclectic assortment of religious and spiritual tools. But I've discovered that when I'm in need of connecting with God/Great Spirit/Goddess, I sing. When I was a kid, I attended a Methodist camp, and we learned worship songs. Those songs have stuck with me. I find myself singing them from time-to-time, though I don't consider myself a Methodist. I think music is universal. It's an expression of soul and heart.
Last night I was feeling bummed, and suddenly started humming songs from my childhood camp. Before I knew it, I was singing and felt a lightness of heart and spirit. It was really up-lifting! And before I knew it, I was laughing and enjoying myself! I consider this a spiritual experience.
