For years people labeled me as the "nice guy". Too nice! That was the extent of my knowledge that I was codependent. My codependent actions are nothing new to me, but it's comforting to know where my over niceness is coming from and that I can do something about. It's like I'm starting to catch instances of myself being codependent. Just knowing this is huge for me and it applies both in my love life and regular life.
