To heal the wounds of your past and transcend your childhood trauma you must process what happend: Identify the trauma (describe what you can remember). Write about it. Talk about it with an enlightened witness. Feel all the raw emotions that come up. Accept Forgive (let go of resentment).* Move on (be happy). *Forgiveness does not mean you have to like or associate with those who hurt you.
