Hi everyone, Well after a week of feeling awful, depressed, low energy, lonely, what's the point etc it has now passed. I took lots of tips from the board - thank you all. Went to the Gym Worked on Step one Ate really well not a great appetite but made smoothies Prayed to my HP Meditation & Mindfulness Gratitude list Took some baby steps towards moving house It was hard work, not used to doing things for me  but the blackness has now shifted. A reminder that all feelings pass good and bad.
