Here share my experience of processing pain/feeling and journey of self growth. And hopefully also get some insight. Because I went the journey mainly alone and have no chance to validate the methods¡
Observation:
Feeling: When the feeling surface, no matter what kind of feeling, joy, pain, or anger, Just observe it and detached with it. Watch it like watch clouds in the Sky. After a while, ( at most a few hours) the feeling will passed. my mind will be cleaner
Thoughts: Observe the self talking, the little voice in head. identify the voice, whose voice it is, for me, The voice usually belongs to parents, authority figures or social standard, let the voice pass, speak back assertive and calm if need to
Behavior: By the divine Grace, I no more have behaviors of love addictive. Sometimes I observe my friends. And get more insight in this behavior. Love addictive is very common disease, But I know I have no right to tell my friends
When a friend deliberate please a man, I found she totally lose touch with herself, She don¡¯t care she got cold for wear so little¡ maybe she don¡¯t know she is cold at that time. She conceal her beautiful face with makeup to meet up social standard, This all about performance, want to recognized by others, one don¡¯t know how her really feel, and lose own consciousness in such moment¡ Observe it and know it and let it go¡
Processing feeling:
Sometimes the pain surface so quickly and I forget to observe. I allow myself to feel the pain/ anger/fear. I usually find a quiet place and stay a while, just feel it. If one feel the feeling, the feeling won¡¯t control one anymore, we act out of the feeling because we afraid to feel it.
I imagine there is a gate, with a the Word "Pain" on the top. And I have to go through the gate many times, But every time I went through, I win more freedom¡
At the other side of the gate, The Sky is so beautiful, flowers in full blossom, I see the beautiful garden again and again¡ The rain from the Sky, I feel myself shower in divine grace again and again
