But I think its not about it analyzing my anxiety but about feeling it. Its scary though: its so strong I'm scared its going to overwhelm me... I have realized now that if I don't push down the negative emotions, they pass after a point of time even though sitting with them is so hard. I get physical sensations sometimes. I hope things will start looking up for you vivi. Keep your support group close to you. Love MV

They pass in time or change to other more acceptable emotions. For instance I shift from anger to forgiveness over time. If the emotions don't pass you may be stuck in grief or have a clinical disorder that requires medication.
Two options:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Feeling Good by David Burns
Clinical depression or anxiety is a brain imbalance and required medication.
