Our physical bodies cannot lie. Therefore, they are important indicators of what we're really feeling. However, for some of us, being uncomfortable has been our accustomed state for so long that we don't even know until we have some recovery under our belts, what it is to live without knots in our stomachs.
Once we have some recovery and can feel the difference, we are less likely to do things and live in ways that cause the knots to come back . [/center]

Thank you chrissy! This is a great one - and something I have been experiencing!
I am really trying to quiet down in all areas (except on this board - I know) but I have had to halt two conversations this week with family members because the topic was getting heated and my stomach started to hurt. I don't want to go there anymore.
I think years and years of slogging through these recovery programs is taking its toll. I can't live with the stress anymore! It's really enlightening. And a good sign of progress, I think. Thanks again!
