I’m glad you came here and posted, Pearl. It’s very normal to feel the way you do. Letting go can feel awful sometimes. It can feel like you’re on a fragile raft out at sea, and a huge storm is going on. It can feel like you will drown in the emotions. You can hold on tight to the raft (this program), and let the feelings storm around you. If you hold on to the raft and wait for the storm of feelings to be over, you WILL feel peace on the other side.
