Susan Peabody
My name is Susan Peabody and I like to write about recovery from love addiction. My own recovery stems from 1984 when I read Robin Norwood's book, Women Who Love Too Much. ▪ In 1984 I started a "Women Who Love Too Much," support group. ▪ In 1985, I began teaching a class about love addiction at Piedmont Adult School. ▪ In 1987, I started counseling people who suffer from love addiction. ▪ In 1989, I wrote my own book about love addiction entitled Addiction to Love
▪ Since then, I have written several more books about recovery and how to change. ▪ In 2004, I co-founded Love Addicts Anonymous with Howard G. ▪ In 2005, I wrote the original draft of the LAA Basic Text. ▪ In 2006, I started this message board. Today, it has over 8,000 members. ▪ In 2022, I stepped down from LAA but continued to write. ▪ Today, I still write and counsel people. I attend church and facilitate zoom support groups. I hope to travel someday. Susan Peabody Attachments:
