Introduction These are my more recent journal entries about recovery. I try to write in my journal every day. These posts usually come to me while I am meditating. Writing helps us internalize what we are thinking. Important information just pops up from our unconscious and comes to fruition on paper. Writing is how I pass on what has been so freely given to me, so it is part of my 12-Step work. Get out your pencils, pens, tablet, or lap top and created a stream of consciousness.
