Changing includes both outer modifications of behavior and an inner shift in values and thinking patterns. The changes you make will be based on insights you’ve gained. When you are ready to change, you should do the easier things first to build up your confidence and then other changes will follow. Success builds upon success. Sometimes inner changes come from outer changes, and sometimes outer changes are a by-product of inner changes.

Suggestions about what those "easier" things are?
Or i guess that's a personal choice? But examples?

Great post! In my understanding easier things are those that are more attainable for us. For example if you want to change your eating habits you can start first through inner changes by learning your reason for eating. Why do you eat? What is your relationship with foods? Your eating pattern is often connected with your body image. You can make an easier goal of cutting down your food intake once a week 1st, then when you reach it, do it twice, then thrice, so on and so forth. Same goes with your personal spending habits. Just take that 1st step and the rest will follow.
