While changing how we feel about the past is a very important part of change, this is only one piece of the puzzle. In analyzing it closely, I’ve come up with the following summary of the healing process, presented in the form of actions you can take. Don’t get stuck on one particular aspect, just keep pushing forward.
1. Identify the things that happened to you.
2. Talk about them.
3. Write about them.
4. Feel your feelings fully--no matter what they are or how afraid of them you are.
5. Accept what has happened to you.
6. Accept what you did in reaction to what happened to you.
7. Forgive those who hurt you.
8. Forgive yourself if you passed your anger on to others.
9. Try to find something good that came out of all the chaos.
10. Move on. Live in the moment.

Thank you.
I think that it's a great "worksheet" to use when we are stuck...don't spend too much time thinking about it.
It's sometimes that easy...think, write it out, forgive them and yourself and figure out the lesson...then move on!!!!
I wish I could do this with everything but now I'll always keep this message in mind.
